This 6-day Northern Vietnam journey is carefully designed as a fully organized group tour program, combining the cultural heritage of Hanoi, the mountain beauty of Sapa, and the world-famous seascape of Ha Long Bay. For convenience and comfort, the program is arranged with group tours for all sightseeing activities, ensuring a smooth and cost-effective way to explore Northern Vietnam’s most iconic destinations.
The journey begins in Hanoi with a full-day Hoa Lu – Trang An group tour, where guests explore ancient temples, limestone mountains, and enjoy a peaceful boat ride through the stunning UNESCO-listed landscape of Ninh Binh.
Next, travellers head to Sapa, one of Vietnam’s most beautiful highland regions. Here, guests visit Cat Cat Village, experiencing local ethnic culture, terraced rice fields, and breathtaking mountain scenery. The journey continues with a highlight visit to Fansipan – the Roof of Indochina, offering spectacular panoramic views via cable car.
Returning to Hanoi, guests enjoy one of Vietnam’s most famous natural wonders with a full-day Ha Long Bay Day Cruise – UNESCO World Heritage Site (group tour), featuring emerald waters, limestone karsts, and a relaxing onboard lunch while cruising through the bay.

Detailed Itinerary

HANOI ARRIVAL

When you arrival in Hanoi airport—cappital of Vietnam—our driver will greet you and take you
to your hotel for check-in. (Check in time is 2pm, you can keep luggages in reception and go to
sightseeing)

HANOI - NINH BINH - DAY TRIP TO HOA LU TRANG AN (GROUP TOUR) – THACO BUS (B, L)

7h15-7h30 : Our tour guide will pick you up from your hotel. We take you to Ninh Binh province
which is far from Hanoi city about 120 km.
9h00 : Have a short break for 20 minutes to relax
10h30: The first destination in this trip is visit Hoa Lu ancient capital. This is the first capital of
Vietnam. Come to visit Hoa Lu, you will learn about why the capital was moved to Hanoi
nowadays. You are impressed on an outstanding architecture when entering temples of King
Dinh and King Le, the first and second emperors of ancient Vietnam, built in the 17 century. Try
to feel ancient atmospheres in Hoa Lu ancient capital.
11h30 : Continue the tour with 45 minutes for cycling around the village to discover the life of
local people.
12h30: Have buffet lunch in the local restaurant (Veg and non veg food)
13h30 – 14h00 : Visit Trang An which was recognized by UNESCO as The world Heritage Site in
2014. Trang An has the wonderful tunnel cave system so that Kong's Movie Group chose this
place for New Version of Kong in 2016 – “ Skull Island “. Boat trip to visit Trang An to see the
amazing beauty of this landscape with many caves such as : Sang Cave (Light Cave), Toi Cave
(Dack cave), Nau Ruou Cave (Cooking Wine), green river and natural view.
16h00 : Get on the Bus to return to Hanoi
18h30 – 19h00 : Arrive back to Hanoi and drop off at your hotel.

Dinner on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

HANOI – SAPA – CAT CAT VILLAGE-GROUP TOUR (B,L,D) BUS 28 SEATS

6:00-6:30 AM: Our tour guide will pick you up at your hotel in the Old Quarter or Hanoi Opera
House. Depart for Sapa town.
9:00 AM: Stop along the Noi Bai – Lao Cai Expressway for a short break
12:30 PM: Arrive in Sapa, home to various ethnic groups such as the H’mong, Dao, and Tay.
The tour guide will take you to the hotel:
 Enjoy a welcome drink
 Have lunch at the hotel, then check in and rest
2:00 PM: Transfer to Cat Cat Village, home of the Black H’mong people, located in a
picturesque valley at the foot of the majestic Fansipan Peak. A local guide will introduce you to
the daily life and culture of the ethnic community. Continue walking to Cat Cat Waterfall and the
old hydroelectric station built by the French in the early 20th century. Take photos and enjoy the
scenery before returning to Sapa town.
Note: The trekking lasts approximately 2 hours with a distance of about 2.5 km.
7:00 PM: Dinner at a local restaurant. After that, you are free to explore Sapa at night: visit Sapa
Stone Church, stroll around the night market, and enjoy local grilled specialties. Overnight in
Sapa.

SAPA – FANSIPAN – HANOI- GROUP TOUR(B,L,D)

7:00 AM: Breakfast at the hotel.
8:00 AM: After breakfast, transfer to Muong Hoa Valley. Take the world’s longest three-rope
cable car (6,292.5 meters), offering spectacular views of Muong Hoa Valley and the Hoang Lien
Son mountain range.
After about 15 minutes on the cable car, continue climbing 604 steps to reach the summit of
Fansipan – the “Roof of Indochina.” Take photos to capture this unforgettable moment.
Then return to the cable car station and descend. Transfer back to Sapa town.
12:00 PM: Lunch at the hotel and check out.
After lunch, free time to shop for local specialties as souvenirs.
3:30 PM: Depart for Hanoi.

8:40 PM: Arrive in Hanoi. Drop off at the original pick-up point. End of the 2-day 1-night
journey to explore the misty town of Sapa and conquer Fansipan Peak.

HANOI – HALONG BAY DAY CRUISE(B,L) SHUTTET BUS

7h30-08h00: Our Tour guide will pick up you at the hotel in Ha Noi Old Quarter then depart to
Halong Bay by Expressway Transfer.
10h30: Have a short break for 20 minutes to relax
12h00 – 12h30: Arrive Tuan Chau Harbor. Welcome to day cruise. We will take you on 5-6 hour
journey via 2 day-sleeper boat cruise route which renowned for its striking, passages
uninhabited islets and outcrops have been given imaginative names by the locals, due to their
perceived shapes while having lunch on boat.
14h00: You will visit Surprising Cave to see a lot of stalagmites and stalagtiles with different
shapes of sea lives
15h00: Visit Titop Island with sandy beach to the towering limestone mountain with excellent
backdrop of the Bay, and climb up Titop Peak for a panoramic view of the bay like paradise.
16h00: Then do kayaking or bamboo boat in Luon Cave to discover the beautiful Lagoon.
17h00 – 17h30: Cruising back to Tuan Chau harbor. There are a lot of time for enjoying sunset
party with tea, cakes, sunbathing on upper deck with music and enjoying great fun of group
touring fellows among world iconic natural scenery (Beverage on your own)
18h00 – 18h30: We get on bus to back Hanoi by Expressway, have a short break for 20-30
minutes.
21h00 – 21h30: Arrive at the hotel in Ha Noi Old Quarter.

 Swimming at Titop Island can be our choice depend on the Season. We make sure that is
full itinerary for you.

How can I book a tour?

After our sales team consults and finalizes your itinerary, we will send a OnePay payment link (3% transaction fee applies) or you can choose bank transfer (USD 30 per transaction, paid by customer). Once payment is completed, we will send the invoice within 30 minutes and hotel confirmations within 1–2 working days.

How much does an international flight to Vietnam cost?

For travelers from India, round-trip flights usually range from USD 300 to USD 450 (sometimes higher in high seasons) depending on season and airline. You can book flights yourself or request us to assist.

When is the best time to visit Vietnam?

Vietnam can be visited all year round. The North is best from October to April, Central from February to August, and the South from November to April. We will always suggest the best plan based on your travel dates.

Do I need a visa to enter Vietnam?

Yes, most travelers need a visa. However, if you travel only to Phu Quoc Island and fly directly without transiting through other cities in Vietnam, you may be exempt from visa.

Is vegetarian food available?

Yes. Hotels provide international breakfast with vegetarian options. For tours, vegetarian meals can be arranged. Private tours can include Indian restaurants on request. We have experience serving many Indian guests and local vegetarian food is generally well accepted.

Can I modify my tour after booking?

After the itinerary is finalized, major changes are not guaranteed. Domestic flight tickets are non-refundable and any route changes may require new tickets. Minor changes can be requested 15–25 days before departure and are subject to availability. Last-minute changes are not possible but you still can check with sale again.
